Care for Africa sponsors the most vulnerable children in Tarime. The children living in these remote and disadvantaged villages quite often do not get the chance to attend school or receive medical treatment.
Particularly affected by poverty in Africa are the weakest members of society, the women and children. The plight of malnourished and sick children is heart wrenching and prevents many from attending school. Other children have serious medical conditions which their families cannot overcome and unfortunately do not have the means of treating.
As the sponsor of a child, the child is given the opportunity to attend boarding school where they are educated in a safe, nurturing environment. Sponsorship can also provide medical treatment and surgery for those children with correctable disabilities.
Your monthly sponsorship can also assist with providing clean water, sanitation and improved education and health to local communities.
Sponsorship enables children to have hope for a brighter future.
